Hollingsworth LLP Proudly Welcomes Three New Associates To the Firm.

Monica R. Attia is a 2019 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where she was President of the Women's Legal Alliance.  During law school, she served as a Law Clerk for two administrative law judges at the Washington, DC Office of Administrative Hearings where she drafted memoranda and orders for enforcement, regulation, and public service matters.  Ms. Attia graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a B.A. in Political Science.  During college she worked as a Research Intern at the World Jurist Association and as a General Intern at the U.S. Conference of Mayors.  She was a member of the Firm's 2018 Summer Associate class.  Ms. Attia will practice in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.

Caroline J. Barker received her J.D. and her Master of Public Health in Environmental Health, Science, & Policy Law from The George Washington University Law School in 2019.  She was Senior Articles Editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, and served as Vice President and then President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.  During law school, Ms. Barker served as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment & Natural Resources Division, Appellate Section, where she drafted memoranda regarding Department decisions not to appeal adverse judgments in federal permitting and National Environmental Policy Act cases.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Ms. Barker was a member of the Firm's 2018 Summer Associate class.  She will practice in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.

Natalie M. Gideon is a 2019 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where she was on the Barristers' Council and was Assistant Director of Administrative Affairs for the American Constitution Society.  She also served as Community Engagement Chair.  During law school she worked as an Ackerman Fellow at Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services in Charleston, South Carolina.  Ms. Gideon graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in History.  During college she worked as a Legislative Intern at the office of Tennessee Congressman Scott DesJarlais and as a Victim Witness Coordinator at the Davidson County Office of the District Attorney in Nashville.  She was a member of the Firm's 2018 Summer Associate Class. Ms. Gideon will practice in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.
