Matthew J. Malinowski elected to Hollingsworth LLP partnership.

Washington, DC—Hollingsworth LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew J. Malinowski has been elected to the Firm’s partnership.
Mr. Malinowski, 34, focuses his practice on highly complex, "bet the company" litigation. He has defended corporate clients in serial mass tort litigation, including in both state and federal multi-district litigation. He has extensive experience in the areas of medical device and pharmaceutical products liability defense, high-stakes lost business value and business interruption claims, and putative class action groundwater and soil contamination cases. Mr. Malinowski received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2003, and earned his B.A., with honors, from Michigan State University in 1998. He first joined the Firm in 1998 as a front-line litigation paralegal, and returned as a summer associate in both 2001 and 2002. After graduating from law school, he rejoined the Firm and practiced as associate from 2003 until his recent election to partner.
