Paul J. DeVeaux practices in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and other tasks relating to the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation.
Mr. DeVeaux has experience in multiple aspects of the discovery process, including deposition prep, in complex civil litigation matters, and has worked in the discovery phase of numerous major cases. He has experience working on quality control and privilege review and has trained and supervised attorneys on document review teams. Mr. DeVeaux has performed due diligence investigations for clients seeking U.S. Department of Justice approval of proposed mergers. He also has experience in sports law matters involving athletes and sports agencies.
Mr. DeVeaux received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
