Marchello D. Gray practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups, where he defends manufacturers in a wide range of products liability matters.  He has experience with all facets of the litigation process, including motions practice, pretrial discovery, the preparation and defense of depositions of corporate representatives, fact witnesses, and expert witnesses, and trial.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Gray represented a corporate client in a multi-plaintiff lawsuit resulting from the deadly explosion of an underground natural gas pipeline, and he negotiated the settlement in a multi-plaintiff toxic tort case involving airborne contaminants.  He successfully defended another corporate client in a catastrophic wrongful death action stemming from an industrial plant accident and was a member of the trial team that obtained a multi-million dollar verdict for the company in the subsequent indemnity suit seeking reimbursement from the deceased contractor’s employer.

Mr. Gray received his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Society, was Stipend Fund Top Fundraiser in the Vanderbilt Legal Aid Society, and was Vice President of Vanderbilt Law School Ambassadors.
