Sandra Kaczmarczyk has experience in both the prosecution and defense of complex civil litigation including class action, products liability, environmental, insurance, and corporate governance lawsuits.  She has tried cases to both juries and the bench and has argued before both state and federal courts of appeals. 

Ms. Kaczmarczyk has developed litigation strategies for complex, multi-party lawsuits and has extensive experience with every aspect of trial preparation.  She has argued dispositive motions, prepared scientific experts for trial, defended experts subject to Daubert challenges, taken fact, expert, and corporate depositions, and examined and cross-examined fact, expert, and corporate witnesses at trial.  Ms. Kaczmarczyk has led trial teams pursuing environmental liability claims in both United States district courts and United States bankruptcy courts, and spearheaded the development and coordination of interrelated suits in different forums.  She also has experience working with federal and state regulatory agencies and pursuing opportunities to resolve disputes voluntarily.

Ms. Kaczmarczyk is a board member of First Generation Harvard Alumni Group, an organization dedicated to assisting Harvard students who are the first in their family to attend college.
