Katharine O. McIntyre is a Staff Attorney practicing in the Firm’s Toxic Torts & Products Liability group.  Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and other tasks relating to the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. McIntyre worked extensively in large content document review projects in multiple jurisdictions and has experience in corporate litigation, multi-district litigation, and immigration law.  She received her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar and a Member of the Loyola Law Review.  She was also Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property and High Technology Law Journal.  Ms. McIntyre graduated from Hood College with a B.A. in Philosophy.
