Devarati works tirelessly to assist clients in developing their scientific position, prepare expert witnesses for depositions and trials, and assist in taking and defending depositions.

Prior to joining the firm, Devarati clerked for the United States Court of Federal Claims, where she drafted rulings and opinions, managed a large case docket, and analyzed complex expert opinions.

Devarati received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she worked as a student attorney in the Emory Law and Georgia Tech joint law, business, and technology program. She also offered legal services to start-up entities at the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, in the areas of intellectual property, contract drafting, and entity formation. While getting her master’s degree in global health from Duke University, Devarati focused on epidemiology and economics and conducted epidemiologic field work in Sri Lanka. Devarati’s multidisciplinary background has been instrumental to her team at Hollingsworth LLP.

Developing her skills as a chef when she’s not practicing law, Devarati enjoys the opportunity to experiment with complex cuisines from different parts of the country and around the world.
