Shannon brings her years of litigation experience and dedication to pro bono service to the Panel. As noted in Chief Judge Blackburne-Rigsby’s letter, “The mediation counsel initiative is an important step forward in our efforts to ensure justice for all in our community and will allow pro se parties a voice in the appellate process.”
