news | February 18, 2026
Hollingsworth LLP attorneys Mark Miller and Pete Chattrabhuti recently contributed to the American Bar Association publication The Law of Class Action: Fifty-State Survey 2026. This annual publication provides a circuit-by-circuit analysis that 1) addresses how class action litigation is generally policed in these jurisdictions; 2) discusses how lower courts apply both Supreme Court and Circuit-level decisions; and 3) evaluates new and emerging issues in this increasingly prevalent sphere. Hollingsworth LLP provided the analysis for the D.C. Circuit, which issued opinions addressing novel standing and personal jurisdiction issues within the past year. The firm has proudly contributed to this publication since 2017 and will continue to monitor impactful class action decisions for the 2027 edition. The 2026 publication is available now through the American Bar Association.
