Carter Thurman Named a Client Service All-Star for 2026 by BTI

Congratulations to firm partner Carter Thurman who has been named a 2026 “Client Service All-Star” by BTI Consulting Group.
Carter’s complex litigation practice focuses on products liability litigation and commercial contract claims. He has represented large companies in products liability litigation and has argued and served as trial counsel in state and federal courts throughout the country. He also relies on his prior work as a groundwater hydrologist to represent clients in toxic tort and groundwater contamination matters involving various chemicals, including PFAS.
