Partner James M. Sullivan serves as eDiscovery Coach at Georgetown Law’s eDiscovery Training Academy, June 2017

event | June 5, 2017 - June 8, 2017

Firm partner Jim Sullivan served as an eDiscovery Coach during Georgetown Law’s eDiscovery Training Academy on June 5-8, 2017 at Georgetown Law.  This “demanding” program is designed to give its students “a total immersion in the subject of eDiscovery, featuring a highly personalized and interactive instructional approach.”

The program is limited to 60 participants annually who bring a range of experience.  Program participants have included judges, in-house and outside counsel, and discovery vendors looking to expand their eDiscovery expertise.  As a past graduate of the program and of Georgetown Law, Jim returned to the Academy to share his litigation experience with complex eDiscovery issues while mentoring participants on preparing for and conducting conferences under Rule 26(f) and Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in case simulations that involve advanced eDiscovery issues.  Jim also served as a presenter to all participants during the lecture part of the program.
