The Firm is pleased to note that its friend and former partner, Ignacia Moreno, was recently nominated by President Obama to be the Assistant Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the Department of Justice. Ms. Moreno was with us from 2001 through 2006, during which time she was a key part of our science-based environmental and mass tort litigation practice.
