Nicholas Anderson is a Senior Staff Attorney who for more than 26 years has been instrumental in supporting the firm’s document management team in single case, class action, and multi-district litigation in pharmaceutical, agricultural, and direct-to-consumer products liability cases. With a multi-faceted background in law, Nicholas has gained an appreciation for the various perspectives involved in litigation and recognizes the impact it can have on his clients.
Focusing on the practical aspects of law, with a particular emphasis on problem solving, Nicholas concentrates his practice on:
Developing strategies for and implementing responses to corporate discovery requests, particularly in managing both small-scale and large-scale document productions
Collaborating with and managing vendors on all aspects of discovery to ensure compliance with all appropriate case management orders governing production of documents and electronically stored information and privilege logs
Assessing and implementing responses to privilege challenges involving company document productions
Complying with data production laws applicable in various jurisdictions, including Europe and other foreign countries
Assisting in fact and expert witness preparation, and trial preparation, including analysis of document collections to support co-counsel/trial teams on factual and document intensive issues
Nicholas received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden and his B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. A movie buff, Nicholas also takes to the open road for distance runs that put him off the grid and provide time to refocus his perspective and sharpen his critical thinking skills.
