- Elyse has successfully pursued and defended litigation-oriented investigations of key non-party entities relevant to a litigation. She has also successfully defended large-scale privilege challenges, including those involving third parties, arguing those challenges in front of judges and special masters.
- Elyse has extensive experience in all areas of corporate discovery, including developing strategies and managing large teams of individuals to advance broader litigation goals while reducing costs and minimizing the burden of discovery on corporate clients. She also is extremely experienced in all phases of litigation, including expert discovery, and has been a member of multiple trial teams at the firm.
- Elyse regularly writes and speaks on the amended FRE Rule 702/standards for the admissibility of expert testimony and third-party litigation funding and has co-written several amicus briefs submitted in U.S. federal circuit courts and the U.S. Supreme Court on issues involving RICO and Rule 702.
