- Gary has been a key member of several teams at Hollingsworth LLP, including representing pharmaceutical clients in multi-district litigation and other coordinated proceedings. He also was a member of the trial team that secured a complete defense verdict in a 28-day bellwether jury trial involving claimed exposure to ethylene oxide emitted from a medical device sterilization facility.
