She also is extremely experienced in all phases of litigation, including expert discovery, and has been a member of multiple trial teams at the firm.
  • Elyse regularly writes and speaks on the amended FRE Rule 702/standards for the admissibility of expert testimony and third-party litigation funding and has co-written several amicus briefs submitted in U.S. federal circuit courts and the U.S. Supreme Court on issues involving RICO and Rule 702.
