care products and alleged workplace exposures. - Kathryn’s work puts her at the forefront of high-profile matters for some of the largest
corporations in the country. She has defended corporate clients as national
coordinating counsel in serial mass tort litigation, and as lead or co-lead counsel in
federal multidistrict litigation, statewide coordinated proceedings, and in individual
state and federal court proceedings in venues across the country. - Kathryn has extensive experience in preparing and defending corporate witnesses
and experts, coordinating discovery efforts, arguing complex motions, mediations,
and preparing cases for trial. Her aggressive strategies have led to the successful
resolution of many of the Firm’s complex cases prior to trial, including significant
summary dispositions. - Kathryn was a member of the successful trial team to obtain a complete defense
verdict in a pharmaceutical personal-injury case for Novartis Pharmaceuticals
Corporation in federal court in Raleigh, North Carolina following a seven-day, chess
clock trial.
