Ann Marie Duffy Speaks on Scientific Methodology and the Admissibility of Expert Testimony

Ann Marie Duffy presented at the Eighteenth Annual Judicial Symposium on Civil Justice Issues, held October 6-8 at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. She spoke on the panel “Scientific Methodology and the Admissibility of Expert Testimony.”
The symposium is hosted each year by GMU’s Law & Economics Center and tackles a broad range of issues. In addition to panels and discussions throughout the program, participating judges have the opportunity to ask questions and seek insight into some of the day’s most contentious legal issues.
