Eric Lasker To Speak at LCJ on Shaping Federal Rule 702 Interpretation and State Rule Reform

At the Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ) Spring Member Meeting, Eric Lasker will be one of three panelists discussing the new FRE Rule 702. LCJ is focusing on implementation of the new rule language in federal court decisions and on securing state rule amendments in alignment with the new federal standards. The panel will discuss how courts are interpreting the new amendment, and what LCJ members and allies need to know going forward to achieve federal and state rule uniformity.
