Shannon Proctor spoke at the recent 2024 DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar in Washington, DC. She presented during the Young Lawyers Breakout sessions on the panel “Recent Developments in US and European Product Liability Litigation” where she discussed the new FRE Rule 702.
Shannon’s practice includes personal injury litigation involving pharmaceutical products in both federal and state courts across the country. Shannon is named the last two years running as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for Personal Injury Products Defense.
