Firm Partners Robert Johnston and Matthew Malinowski Speak at NARTC’s 69th Annual Meeting

Firm partners Robert Johnston and Matt Malinowski spoke at the 69th annual meeting of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC) in Boulder, CO. They presented on replication errors in their presentation “Alternative Cause and the Natural Replication Error Defense.”
Robert and Matt are long-time members of NARTC and have both served as faculty at NARTC’s Annual Trial College — an intensive six-day trial techniques course attended by attorneys throughout the country. Matt has also served as a member of the NARTC’s executive committees on preemption and program issues.
