Firm partner Brett Covington has been appointed to the Defense Research Institute’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Steering Committee.

Brett brings to DRI his significant arbitration expertise, which includes recently serving as the lead attorney in a complex arbitration involving a distribution contract in western Africa, as well as helping secure client victories in breach of contract and employment matters before the American Arbitration Association.

Hollingsworth LLP has been a longstanding supporter of DRI, which is the largest bar association for civil defense attorneys and in-house counsel in the United States. The firm was recently appointed as the first law-firm member of the Advisory Council to DIR’s The Center for Law and Public Policy.
