In one matter, Lauren Prease, Andrew Reissaus, and James Sullivan obtained information through an FOIA request, which will aid in future advocacy efforts to make the D.C. Armed Forces Retirement Home available to more veterans in need.
In another matter, Shannon N. Proctor, Ann Marie Duffy, and Caroline Barker prevailed in a constructive eviction suit in D.C. Superior Court, where the client was awarded compensatory damages.
