Joe Hollingsworth Named 2020 Client Service All-Star

news | June 12, 2020

Congratulations to Joe Hollingsworth who has been named a 2020 “Client Service All-Star” by BTI Consulting Group.

According to clients,

  • “Understanding our business isn’t easy but it’s been no problem for Mr. Hollingsworth.”
  • “He knows us inside and out at this point.”

Being named a Client Service All-Star is a lifetime recognition. BTI calls this ranking and recognition “the hardest and most meaningful” to get. “No one gets on this list unless a top legal decision maker recognizes them, without prompt or suggestion, along with a good reason why. No law firm or attorney can pay, influence, or refer themselves. Attorneys only get on this list by outperforming everyone else.”

Joe and his firm have pioneered and advanced developments in the law critical to corporate tort defendants. He successfully argued five seminal and widely cited U.S. circuit court Daubert opinions: Rider v. Sandoz (11th Cir. prescription drug); Hollander v. Sandoz (10th Cir. prescription drug); Glastetter v. Novartis (8th Cir. prescription drug); Conde v. Velsicol (6th Cir. pesticide); and Schudel v. GE (9th Cir. solvents), the first three of which are referred to by legal scholars as the Parlodel Trilogy and represent the key to litigating against junk science in the 21st century.
