Law360: Legal Org Backs Commanders’ Arbitration Push In Railing Suit

This week, the Atlantic Legal Foundation filed an amicus brief supporting the efforts of firm client The Washington Commanders to convince the Fourth Circuit to override a lower court’s refusal to compel arbitration in a negligence suit relating to injuries fans sustained from a collapsed railing. The Commanders are represented in this matter by Hollingsworth LLP attorneys Brett Covington, Grant Hollingsworth, and firm founder Joe Hollingsworth who sits on the board of Atlantic Legal Foundation.
