Hollingsworth LLP Wins Professional Services Deal of the Year Award

At the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards, Hollingsworth LLP – a member of the deal team for the 2022 acquisition of EYP Inc. by Page Southerland Page – was announced as winner of the Professional Services Deal of the Year Award (deals of $50MM-$100MM).
In 2021-2022, HLLP represented its client EYP Inc., a major U.S. and international architect-engineering firm, along with its engineering, design, and construction affiliates. The firm acted as deal advisor and special counsel for federal government contracts, including specifically its federal contracts classified for national security at the top-level security classification for special compartmented programs; industrial security clearances for corporate facilities; classified information under the National Industrial Security Program and the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency; U.S. Embassy design and security projects overseas; and national defense and intelligence facilities.
