Firm partners Robert E. Johnston and Matthew J. Malinowski were invited by the NARTC to join the faculty at their annual trial advocacy college during the first week of June 2015 in Dallas, Texas.
Founded over sixty years ago, the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel is an invitation-only association of both in-house and outside counsel from across the United States and Canada who serve as trial counsel for railroad company defendants.
The NARTC considers the college to be their most important and exclusive event of the year. Out of over a thousand members, only fifteen people are invited each year to serve on the faculty. This year, Hollingsworth LLP has the added distinction of being the only law firm having more than one person asked to serve on the faculty. Over the years, Firm associates have attended the college and competed in the program, which invites only thirty students to participate each year. The Firm congratulates its current and future railroad trial counsel.
