Dina N. Truncali is a member of the firm’s trial team engaged in working up and trying cases in the serial litigation over Roundup herbicide. Dina’s responsibilities include developing expert witnesses for deposition and trial, drafting dispositive motions, and advising the trial team regarding the presentation of science-based issues. Understanding that the practice of law can be impactful and have a significant effect on the lives of people and businesses, Dina is known to be a critical and logical thinker and takes a holistic view of cases to find the best possible outcome.

Dina graduated from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, she was a Legal Intern at the District of Columbia Office of Zoning, as well as for the Administrative Conference of the United States. She also worked as a Law Clerk for a private firm where she conducted research, drafted responses to motions for summary judgment in federal district court, and prepared documents for production. Dina rounded out her law school experience working as a Student Attorney for the Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic of Rising for Justice and serving as Senior Production Editor of the Journal of Environmental and Energy Law.

Earning her Master’s in Public Administration from Binghamton University with a concentration in Sustainable Communities, Dina also earned her B.S. in Political Science from Binghamton University and worked as a laboratory technician and research assistant at Cornell University’s Hudson Valley Research Laboratory.

Raised on a farm, Dina is drawn to environmental and agricultural-based cases. She recognizes change is driven as much by law as it is by science and finds it rewarding to work in a profession where she can thrive at the intersection of both. In her free time, Dina enjoys visiting the family farm, hiking, running, and anything music related.
