Nicholas Anderson is a Senior Staff Attorney supporting the firm’s document management team in single case, class action, and multi-district litigation in pharmaceutical, agricultural and direct-to-consumer products liability cases. With a multi-faceted background in law, Nicholas has gained an appreciation for the various perspectives involved in litigation and recognizes the impact it can have on his clients.
Focusing on the practical aspects of law, with a particular emphasis on problem solving, Nicholas concentrates his practice on:
developing strategies for and implementing responses to corporate discovery requests, particularly in managing both small- and large-scale document production
complying with case management orders governing production of documents and electronically stored information and of privilege logs
complying with data production laws applicable in various jurisdictions
fact and expert witness preparation, and trial preparation, including analysis of document collections
A movie buff, Nicholas also takes to the open road for distance runs that put him off the grid and allows time to refocus his perspective and sharpen his critical thinking skills.
