Patria N. Lohvinski practices in the firm’s Pharmaceutical & Medical Device, Products Liability & Toxic Torts, and Discovery groups. She helps clients through a wide range of complex litigation matters, including products liability, toxic tort, and pharmaceutical cases.

Patria is deeply engaged in all phases of litigation, with a particular passion for the discovery process. She enjoys delving into large volumes of documents to uncover facts that support compelling legal arguments—or dismantle those of opposing parties. She has significant experience managing eDiscovery issues, drafting discovery responses, second-chairing depositions, and supporting trial teams. Patria has also led teams responsible for drafting and filing high volumes of responsive pleadings in multidistrict litigations. She regularly contributes to the preparation of briefs, dispositive motions, and other critical filings.

In addition to her litigation practice, Patria has handled numerous pro bono matters with a focus on immigration law, assisting clients through complex asylum proceedings. Her native Spanish fluency plays a vital role in building trust and ensuring clear, effective communication with clients throughout the representation.
