Patria Lohvinski is a staff attorney with the firm’s litigation practice. She helps clients navigate a broad range of matters, including products liability, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, and other complex litigation.

Patria supports all aspects of the litigation process, including working with Firm colleagues developing document retention plans, defending electronic discovery disputes, responding to various discovery requests, preparing and second-chairing depositions, and supporting trial preparation, along with regularly drafting responsive pleadings and briefs. Patria has particular experience leading a team of attorneys in drafting and filing a high volume of responsive pleadings in multidistrict litigations. She is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice and has worked on several immigration cases.

Prior to joining Hollingsworth LLP, Patria was a discovery consultant working with law firms in various products liability, antitrust, and anti-corruption investigations. She earned a J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a Master of Laws from American University Washington College of Law. Patria is a proud Puerto Rican and a native Spanish speaker.
