This July, the firm presented a CLE webinar, “Optimizing Mass Tort Results Through AI Advancements”. The program was eligible for both general and ethics credit.
Speakers discussed the use of Generative AI and other AI tools to increase efficiency and maximize success at each phase of mass tort litigation, including practical dos and don’ts, and strategic concerns to consider. The course also explored the legal ethics of AI on mass tort practice.
