Hollingsworth LLP works on business-oriented legal initiatives through an active amicus program on issues of significant importance to our business clients. Frequently representing broad industry coalitions in amicus efforts, we submit briefs in support of industry in the U.S. Supreme Court, numerous federal Courts of Appeal, and state supreme courts across the country.

We also independently advance our clients’ interests through our memberships in, among others, American Law Institute, Atlantic Legal Foundation, Defense Research Institute, International Association of Defense Counsel, Lawyers for Civil Justice, International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution, Products Liability Advisory Council, The Sedona Conference, and Washington Legal Foundation. Additionally, many partners within our firm have served in editorial positions for various industry publications.
